By default following order should be used when implementing Centero Carillon:

1. Check and verify that requirements are fulfilled
2. Install Centero Carillon
3. Configure web.config
4. Configure custom reports
5. Configure temporary user account settings
6. Configure managed group member validity time settings
7. Load licenses
8. Create Active Directory settings
9. Configure local groups
10. Configure local users
11. Configure managed group rules
12. Configure managed user rules
13. Deploy Centero Agents and Carillon Clients
14. Verify reports
