Legacy clients are Windows XP and older operating systems where Credential Provider is not available. You must use this temporary account self-service method on legacy clients, but it's also possible to enable this legacy method on any operating system version by modifying following registry key or by applying a GPO to computers:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Centero\Agent\Modules\Carillon\Request Activation Code\Show in context menu
Change this value to 1 to show legacy self-service action and use 0 to hide this legacy method
Note!
You must have Centero Agent notification area icon enabled in order to see legacy actions. By default Centero Agent notification area icon is loaded for every user that logs in to the device.
